DBI/SALA® 6' ShockWave2 100% Tie-Off Shock Absorbing Lanyard features easy to use self-locking snap hooks at center and steel hooks at the leg ends. Inner core immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, limiting arresting forces to no more than 900 lb. Lanyard hardware is proof tested and meets all applicable industry standards including OSHA, ANSI and the stringent ANSI Z359. It allows opening and closing the hook even with gloves on without getting your thumb or fingers in the way. Lanyard expands to 6' when tight and contracts to 4.5' keeping it out of the workers way, reducing dragging, snagging and trip falls. Abrasion resistant tubular webbing is capable of standing up to long periods without tearing or fraying for added longevity. It includes impact indicator that allows user to visually see if the lanyard has been involved in a fall, providing safe, simple and reliable inspection. Velcro® cover protects lanyard labels and holds i-Safe RFID identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections.
